Francisco Martínez is a lawyer in the Madrid office and has been a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department in Spain since 2009. His areas of expertise include corporate law, M&A and private equity, both from the perspective of fundraising and the acquisition of stakes in funds. He is one of the members of the Firm’s Private Equity group. Francisco has been recognised as a Leading Lawyer in Chambers & Partners Europe: "Investment Funds: Fund Formation".
