Ernesto Rey is a partner in the Garrigues Commercial Law Department, where he works mainly in the areas of M&A, family business and agribusiness. He deals both with recurring advice on contractual and corporate matters and in the management of corporate operations, such as business restructuring, project financing or financial restructuring.
