Ernesto Rey Cardos is a partner in the Garrigues Commercial Law Department, where he works mainly in the areas of M&A, family business and agribusiness. He deals both with recurring advice on contractual and corporate matters and in the management of corporate operations, such as business restructuring, project financing or financial restructuring. Graduate in Law from the University of Valencia, CEU-San Pablo. Master's degree from the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid. He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers. He has acted as a speaker in various Masters; Conferences and Courses.
