David Jimenez Romero leads our energy and infrastructure practice in Mexico. He advises international and local clients in the areas of project development, project finance, cross-border transactions, government procurement, regulatory issues, and mergers & acquisitions. David represents project developers, sponsors, lenders, private equity funds, contractors and equipment manufacturers in energy and infrastructure projects, as well as in acquisitions and dispositions of projects. David is a well recognized projects counsel in Mexico and he has been involved in many of the most important projects in the recent past in Mexico.
