Daniel Gonzalez Pila is a partner in the Banking and Finance, Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts practices and specializes in the financial institutions industry. He has a wealth of expertise in providing legal advice on commercial, corporate and contractual matters and on mergers and acquisitions, but has spent the majority of his career advising clients on banking and finance transactions, both within Spain and with respect to pan-European and multijurisdictional financing transactions.
