Cristobal Faine Henriquez is a partner in the Commercial Department of Garrigues, where he carries out his professional activity, mainly advising both national and foreign clients in M&A transactions of companies from various industries, in highly complex contractual matters, in foreign investment, in corporate matters, in corporate reorganizations, in capital market and providing legal advice to boards of listed and closed corporations. In addition, Cristóbal has vast experience in energy matters, advising clients in the development, acquisition and operation of energy and gas projects, including negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPA), EPC contracts, O&M contracts, TUA contracts, project development agreements, interconnection agreements, among others. He also has extensive experience in the fishing and aquaculture industry. He has a Law Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has been recognized by Legal 500, Leaders League and Latin Lawyer. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
