Bio

Carlos Lopez Mariano is the Garrigues partner in charge of Andalucía and the Canary Islands. He joined the Corporate/Commercial Law Department in 1994, and made partner in 2005. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and other business restructuring transactions. He has participated in numerous corporate transactions and currently acts as board secretary and legal adviser to a number of companies. Carlos holds a Degree in Law, Economics and Business Studies from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-E3), and an Associate’s Degree in Senior Management from Instituto Internacional San Telmo. He regularly collaborates with Universidad Loyola (Seville), Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Seville) and Centro de Estudios Cajasol.
