Carlos Lasa is principal associate of the Corporate Department. He has extensive experience in M&A deals (sale and purchase of companies and businesses, due diligence, mergers and corporate restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, etc.), as well as in corporate financing and refinancing transactions, both at national international level. Carlos has participated in complex corporate and financing transactions covering all types of sectors. Likewise, he provides corporate advisory services (he holds the position of secretary and vice-secretary of the board of directors of several companies) and commercial contracting (collaboration contracts, services, agency, distribution, lease, construction, supply, loan, confidentiality, etc.). He also has experience in the field of family business, the establishment of foreign groups in Spain and in compliance. Carlos has a degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Navarra and a LLM from the Instituto de Empresa (IE).
