Bio

Aurelio Orrillo Lara is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Department at Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 1993. He is the partner in charge of the Pamplona office. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and securities market law. He holds a Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad de Navarra. He also teaches classes on the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pública de Navarra. Aurelio has featured several times in US publication Best Lawyers as one of the best Spanish M&A lawyers and was named Lawyer of the Year (Pamplona) in the Corporate and M&A area in 2020. He speaks Spanish and English.
