Arnau Tapias Monné Bio

Arnau Tapias is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of Garrigues in Madrid. His professional practice centers on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, insurance law, corporate governance, private equity and commercial contracts. He has extensive experience advising banks, insurers, private equity funds, hotel chains and other industrial operators. He also provides advice on outsourcing transactions, hotel management processes and on coordinating deals with a multi-jurisdictional component. Over his more than 20 years at Garrigues, Arnau has participated in numerous M&A deals in Spain and Latin America. He has also acted as Board Secretary at listed and unlisted companies. He holds a Degree in Law from Universidad San Pablo - CEU, majoring in EU law, and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa, and has been recognized by IFLR, Best Lawyers and other legal directories.
