Antonio Rego Lopez is a partner of the Garrigues Corporate and M&A Department (Bilbao office), where he specializes in corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions in particular, commercial contracts, and in the specialist areas of family business, health and welfare benefits and regulatory law linked to the regulation, supervision and solvency of insurance companies. He has broad experience in providing ongoing advice on these matters to companies, and in some cases also acts as secretary to the company’s managing body. He has a law degree from Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao) and also lectures at the Faculty of Law.
