Amadeo Lerma Casar Bio

Amadeo Lerma is a partner of the Corporate/Commercial Law Department of Garrigues and joined the firm in 2012. He specializes in advising on M&A, real estate and financing transactions, commercial contracts, corporate law issues and private equity transactions. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous transactions relating to sales and purchases of companies and real estate assets, and he has extensive experience in providing ongoing advice to domestic and international companies and corporate groups from a wide range of industries. He holds a Degree in Law and Economics from Universidad de Valencia and a Master's Degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the University of Nantes (France). He also holds a Master's Degree in International Transactions Law ("LL.M. in International Transactions") from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Fordham School of Law (New York, USA) and Universidad Antonio de Nebrija , as well as a Junior Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from EDEM and the University of Valencia.
