Alma Maria Menendez Vega is a partner of the Tax Department of Garrigues, where she performs her professional activity in the area of Tax Law. She has extensive experience in providing ongoing advisory services in the tax field, managing tax inspection proceedings, and preparing and formalizing claims and appeals in the economic-administrative and the judicial review jurisdictions. She specializes in dealing with the issues surrounding Family Businesses and, in particular, in the preparation of family protocols, and she is the head of the Family Business group in Asturias.
