Alejandro Mico Llorens Bio

Alejandro Micó is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department of Garrigues, where he has worked since 2005. He has extensive experience in commercial contracts and corporate law, mergers, company acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring processes and real estate Law. Alejandro holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU and a Master's degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Law School. In addition to Spanish and English, he is fluent in French.
