Alejandro Beigveder Montero Bio

Alejandro Beigveder Montero is the partner responsible for the Garrigues office in Málaga. He is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Department of Garrigues and heads this practice area in Andalucía and Canary Islands. He has pursued his entire professional career in the firm since joining Arthur Andersen ALT in 1992. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, company law and commercial contracts, having advised Spanish and international groups on M&A deals and restructuring and private equity transactions in the financial, real estate, hospitality and IT industries, among others. He also provides recurring advice on corporate services, acting as Board Secretary at various first-rate regional companies, as well as international companies in the technology, financial and real estate sectors, among others. Alejandro Beigveder has been named “Lawyer of the year 2014, 2015 and 2018” by the international directory Best Lawyers, in the “Corporate and M&A” practice area in Málaga.
