Perry Mintz practice concentrates in real estate, cooperative and condominium law, and other commercial transactions. He has practiced in these areas for more than 25 years. Mr. Mintz represents real estate owners, developers, managers, and investors in the acquisition, sale, development, operation, and financing of real estate properties including conversion to cooperative and condominium forms of ownership. Mr. Mintz also represents numerous cooperative corporations and condominium boards of managers.
