Representing lenders, receivers, real estate investors, health care institutions, municipalities, and other for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, David helps clients resolve business disputes through bankruptcy, litigation, and negotiation. He devotes his practice to guiding clients through loan workouts, recovery of collateral and assets, bankruptcy litigation, and other financial disputes. He regularly appears in state and federal courts. David served for two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lynne A. Battaglia of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. He currently serves as a member of the board of Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Services. David is recognized by Chambers USA 2020 for his work in Bankruptcy/Restructuring and in Best Lawyers in America 2021 as a leading lawyer in bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights/insolvency and reorganization law.
