Rosemarie Mclaren discovered her passion for financial law early in her career. Clients enjoy working with her because of her keen focus, sensitivity, and negotiation skills. He loves challenges and enjoys finding solutions to complex financial structures. His work focuses on local and cross-border, bilateral and syndicated financing. Over the years, he has specialized in commercial real estate, financing for municipal and state governments, financing for construction and general corporate. It is sought after by companies that act as lenders or guarantors in the financing market, as well as by financial entities of different profiles, including banks and financial institutions. She is originally from Costa Rica, but in Mexico she feels at home. Rosemarie is a Fulbright Scholar and a Northwestern University Scholar. He holds an LLM with honors from Northwestern Pritzker University School of Law (2008), a law degree from the University of Costa Rica (2003), and a law degree from the Mexican Ministry of Public Education, through the validation of the title by the CENEVAL exams (2008). She is a great speaker. During her school years, she devoted a lot of time to moot courts. She participated in the international rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, DC in 1998 and 1999, and later helped coach the teams for this prestigious competition.
