Matt Watt Bio

Matt Watt practice involves advising clients on corporate and commercial law issues. Matt works with clients from start-ups to established businesses operating in a range of sectors and industries including technology, hospitality and FMCG. Matt advises companies across the spectrum of corporate and commercial law issues, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, joint ventures and general commercial contracts. He also assists businesses with corporate governance, project and corporate structuring, equity incentive plans and other day-to-day corporate advisory matters.
