Jose Luis Suarez Parra is in charge of the Administrative & Constitutional, Infrastructure and Banking, Financing & Capital Markets practices in democratization and structured finance processes. He has amassed over 31 years of professional experience. He is a permanent advisor to the main national and international banks and has counseled the most important companies in the country on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, structured financing and investment schemes, and local and international placements. José Luis has led the legal teams in 95% of the share democratization processes that have taken place in Colombia. He has taught subjects such as Introduction to Law and specialized seminars on financing projects and international transactions in undergraduate and graduate programs. José Luis is also the author of several publications in the legal field and has been a speaker in numerous conferences and seminars.
