Yana Plotkin Koren Bio

Yana Plotkin Koren joined FWMK as an associate in 2014, and is now a partner at the firm, working with high-tech and venture capital, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions. Yana’s work includes providing ongoing counsel to technology companies in the commercial aspects of their operations. She also offers ongoing counsel to corporations and private investors in the areas of investment transactions and capital raising. Yana completed her internship at Erdinast, Ben Nathan & Co.
