Piera Cavanna Bio

Piera Cavanna works primarily in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contract law. A former legal director for major French groups, she has extensive experience in supporting companies' daily legal needs. She also advises and assists companies in implementing their restructuring and development strategies. She has particular knowledge of the maritime transport, international trade, military equipment, and construction sectors. Piera Cavanna regularly assists Italian companies and groups of companies in managing their interests in France (advice and litigation), their establishment and their growth operations. A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1998, Piera Cavanna is a graduate of the University of Paris X Nanterre (Master's degree in Private Law).
