Nathalie Younan works primarily in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. She advises numerous French corporate groups in the implementation of their legal strategy, for all of their growth or restructuring operations. Due to her highly international background, she also frequently works on behalf of foreign groups based, in particular, in the United States, Europe or the Middle East, for the management of their interests in France (establishment, acquisition of stakes, commercial contracts, closure of subsidiaries, etc.). She has also developed a practice in aviation law and advises several airlines. Nathalie Younan is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in Contract Law), the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (DESS in Litigation and Arbitration) and Harvard Law School (LL.M.). She is a winner of the Concours Général des Universités in Public Law. Nathalie Younan is a lawyer at the Paris (1997) and New York (2000) bars. She is also a lecturer at HEC (HEC-Entrepreneurs). She is Vice President of the Harvard Law School Association of Europe and a member of the NYSBA and the IBA.
