Nathalie Younan mainly advises on Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate matters, as well as Aviation Law. Nathalie Younan represents several French groups of companies in implementing their legal strategies, for their external growth and restructuring. Drawing from years of international experience, she often acts for foreign companies established – inter alia – in the United States, in Europe or in the Middle East, in their projects in France (incorporation, acquisitions, commercial contracts, closing down of subsidiaries, etc.). Nathalie Younan assists several foreign air carriers in all legal and regulatory matters in France, including their dealings with the French authorities. Nathalie Younan holds a Master’s degree in Torts and Contracts Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, a Master’s degree in Litigation and Arbitration from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, and an LL.M degree from Harvard Law School. She won the “Concours Général des Universités en Droit Public” award. Nathalie Younan is a member of the Paris Bar (1997) and the New York Bar (2000). She is a Vice President of the Harvard Law School Association of Europe and Maître de Conférence at HEC (HEC-Entrepreneurs). She is also Vice-President of the Harvard Law School Association.
