Loreleï Gannat specializes in labor law. She works with employers based both in France and abroad in all areas of employment law. Over the past several years, she has gained significant experience in the areas of collective employment relations and in particular in restructuring matters. In litigation matters, Loreleï has specialized in collective disputes between employers and representatives of staff (CSE, trade union organizations), either before the labor, civil or administrative courts, as well as in particularly sensitive individual disputes concerning issues of harassment or discrimination. Loreleï was educated at the University of Orleans where she obtained her post graduate degree in economic law, and at the University of Rennes and New York where she prepared her PhD in comparative law. Prior to joining FTPA, Loreleï practiced at Anglo-Saxon law firms, including Hogan Lovells, where she was a partner before setting up her practice with two other partners, specializing in social law and employer support.
