Laure Calice advises French and foreign clients, primarily companies, in all areas of employment law, whether for the drafting of employment contracts (drafting of specific clauses, particularly on variable remuneration, non-competition or confidentiality clauses, fixed-term contract clauses, etc.), for individual or collective dismissal procedures, for relations with employee representative bodies (elections, negotiation or drafting of collective agreements and harmonization of statutes), or in the context of reorganizations (whether in the context of acquisition, transfer of business, etc.), working time, or employee savings. Laure has developed significant experience in the reorganization and harmonization of collective statutes. Laure holds a Master's degree in Business Law - DJCE from Paris-II Panthéon-Assas and an LLM in International Law from the University of California at Davis. She is a lawyer admitted to the Paris and California bars. Before joining FTPA, Laure worked in Anglo-Saxon firms, notably Hogan Lovells where she was a counsel, before creating her own firm with two other partners, specializing in employment law and supporting employers.
