Julien Marceau has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014. He joined the firm's public law team as a partner in September 2020, which is recognized by Legal 500 (public and administrative law), Décideurs (administrative contracts and related litigation, public property, land management, urban planning and development, promotion and construction), Le Point (public law, real estate law), and Best Lawyers. He has recognized expertise in public law, particularly in planning and urban development law, as well as in public finance and taxation of public entities. He has also developed significant expertise in public health and healthcare law, and in social and medico-social action law, areas in which he has been assisting public and private institutional entities for several years as counsel on projects of national importance. Julien Marceau practiced law for over 5 years before co-founding the CMAA firm in 2019, then joining the FTPA firm in September 2020. He regularly leads training courses in planning law and public health law and is a lecturer at the Institute of Law and Business Economics at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. Julien Marceau is a graduate of the Institute of Law and Business Economics at Jean Moulin University Lyon 3, holding a Master 2 in public business law and a University Diploma in Public Law (formerly the Magisterium in Public Business Law), a University Diploma in European Integration and a University Diploma in American Law.
