Emmanuel d’Antin’s main area of practice is general Business Litigation. He acts on matters relating to company and management liability, or in the event of industrial and real estate disputes. Drawing from his litigation experience, he advises clients on matters pertaining to avoiding disputes and identifying potential dispute-prone issues. He has more particularly defended companies facing collective action against shareholders or businessmen, or other disputes related to large scale real estate disasters. Emmanuel d’Antin equally advises companies, French and foreign firms and their management teams, in drafting commercial contracts and carrying out disposal and acquisition operations. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998, Emmanuel d’Antin holds a Magistère (graduate diploma) in Business Law, a DJCE (graduate diploma) in Corporate Law, and a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law, from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. Prior to joining FTPA in 2003, Emmanuel d’Antin was an associate for five years at Rambaud Martel (Paris).
