and access,
Former Manager and Legal Director of a major IT manufacturer, Bruno Robin has been advising SME managers since 1992 on the dynamic and innovative implementation of their legal strategy, including litigation, and on all of their growth or restructuring operations. He is one of the pioneers of trusts in France and has initiated emblematic trusts, particularly in the context of collective procedures or the prevention of business difficulties, but also in boni, for example in the transfer of assets of founding directors or for the protection of incapable adults. Bruno Robin is also a director of the AFF (French Association of Fiduciaries) alongside the founding partners (Caisse des Dépôts, CACIB, Equitis Gestion), as well as of the AFIDU (Association of Fiduciaries Lawyers). He participates in the working group on trust reform set up by the Chancellery and is behind the creation of an ad hoc university diploma with the University of Orléans. Bruno Robin is also active in corporate mergers, particularly for family entrepreneurs, for example, the long-standing lawyer for the Rethmann Family in France (a family group with 80,000 employees, which he assisted with its acquisition of 34% of TRANSDEV) and Philippe Briand, founder of the Arche Citya Group, whom he assisted with all of his major acquisitions, including recently Century 21. Bruno Robin was also interviewed by the National Assembly's Law Commission for his recommendations on corporate governance. It operates in all sectors of activity and also benefits from rare recognition in mutual law. Bruno Robin was also an Associate Lecturer at the University of Law in Orléans. He has been a lawyer at the Paris bar since 1992 (ACJ) and is a graduate of the Universities of Paris and Bordeaux. Bruno Robin is also one of only two French lawyers to have obtained the certificate of specialization in trust law. Bruno Robin is also a truffle grower, marathon runner and saxophonist, in his rare free time, which explains his lack of talent in these areas.
