Antoine Gautier-Sauvagnac acts on Business Law matters and offers advice in terms of defining legal strategies to companies and corporate groups, both French and foreign, particularly in the media and retail sectors. Antoine Gautier-Sauvagnac is a specialist in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and Media Law. He has extensive experience of French and international law issues arising in licensing contracts, brands and copyrights protection, including licensing contracts. His expertise also covers patent matters, including coordination of cross-border litigation and patent infringement. In addition, he advises international corporate groups, particularly based in the US and UK, for matters pertaining to Distribution and Consumer Products Law.
