Bio

Alexandre Ebtedaei is the co-head of our Employment Team. He has gained significant expertise in corporate restructurings. He assists clients with contentious and non-contentious matters related to Employment Law (dismissal procedures, collective redundancy plans, relations with employee representatives, trade unions, and labour authorities, recruitment policies, training schemes, international mobility, employee compensation schemes (profit-sharing schemes, stock option plans, etc.), and IT regulations. Prior to joining FTPA, Alexandre Ebtedaei served in the Employment Departments of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Orrick Paris, and the French law firm Poulain & Associés. Alexandre has been recognized by the Paris Law Society as an Employment Law expert. Alexandre Ebtedaei teaches comparative administrative law and european employment law at the prestigious French Grande Ecole, Sciences Po Paris, and HEC Paris. Alexandre Ebtedaei speaks French, English and Persian. Alexandre Ebtedaei holds a master’s degree in Employment Law from the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense (2001), and an LL.M in European & Comparative Law from Oxford University (St John’s College, 2002).
