As counsel to both startups and public companies, Courtney Rogers Perrin assists clients with buying and selling businesses, setting up entities and operations in a compliant manner, and providing contracts and policy documentation. She focuses on companies in the digital asset, fintech, and payments arenas, but also regularly advises companies on the financial regulations, such as money services business and anti-money laundering considerations. Clients rely on her breadth of expertise and practical solutions, and Courtney appreciates the opportunity to learn about evolving industries. Courtney has nearly a decade of experience in corporate restructuring and municipal bankruptcy, representing clients in large transactional and litigation matters, and has served as finance counsel to healthcare companies. She previously served as a distressed debt and special situations analyst at a large international bank. In addition to her client-facing role, Courtney mentors several associates and serves on the Firm’s Associate Personnel Committee.
