Bio

Mark Mifsud represents clients in relation to the structuring and establishment of private investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds and also secondaries, incentive schemes, carried interest arrangements and co-investment plans. Clients, including private investment managers, significant limited partners and other parties, seek Mark’s counsel across a range of transactions, related matters, and general corporate finance. Mark served as managing partner in our London Office between 2017 and 2023 and is a past member of our Governance Committee. Numerous publications consistently recognize Mark as a leading private funds practitioner, including Chambers UK and Chambers Europe (Eminent Practitioners), The Legal 500 UK (Hall of Fame), Legal 500 US, The Lawyer, UK Legal Experts, Who's Who Legal (Formation - EMEA: Global Elite Thought Leader), IFLR 1000, Expert Guides (Investment Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate Funds), and Legal Business (named a top rainmaker).
