Scott Blumenkranz Bio

Scott Blumenkranz is a Partner based in our Silicon Valley office. Scott practices corporate and securities law and represents public and private technology and life sciences companies on venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions and other key transactions. Scott also advises companies, founders and boards of directors on complex corporate governance matters and securities law issues. In addition, Scott represents investment banks and a range of investors across the technology and life sciences sectors, including venture capital, private equity, pension and sovereign wealth funds.
