Peter Versteegen specialises in transactions where bringing together expertise from different areas of the law is key, such as complex M&A and real estate transactions, joint ventures, spin-offs or restructurings. He also acts for publicly listed companies on all aspects of stock corporation and capital markets law. Peter is also known for his work in Latin America.
