Bob van Kasteren Bio

Bob van Kasteren specialises in international tax advice, in particular in the area of mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, restructurings and cross-border investments. He furthermore advises clients on recent international tax developments, such as the OECD Pillars and state aid risks. Bob is co-head of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and of the Tax Knowledge and Business Development group. He speaks Dutch and English.
