Robert Chidley Bio

Robert is a partner in the Corporate team in London, acting for clients in relation to mid-market private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and shareholder arrangements. He has acted on UK-based transactions and cross-border, liaising with foreign counsel throughout Europe, the US and the Far East. His background in corporate restructuring and debt finance gives him a unique insight when considering and structuring transactions, and he also works alongside the Freeths’ restructuring and banking teams on mandates. In recent transactions, Robert has worked on matters involving the logistics, care, hospitality, infrastructure and health sectors.
