Andy Francey Bio

Andy is a corporate lawyer advising on the full spectrum of corporate transactions and matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s, investments and private equity through to start ups, joint ventures and LLPs. Andy has also advised on number of Employee Ownership Trusts (EOT) transactions of varying sizes and complexities. Andy is a member of the Freeths’ national Private Wealth & Tax Team and has advised on the implementation of Family Investment Companies and provided advice to Family Offices. Andy is ranked as a Leading Individual by Chambers & Partners (2025 edition) and listed as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500 (2024 edition).
