Tim Foley is a specialist property litigator. He has very wide experience of the full panoply of real estate disputes including opposed and unopposed lease renewals, dilapidations, claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1988, alterations/improvements, forfeiture, easements, profits a prendre, restrictive/personal covenants and rights to light.
