Richard Williams advises a number of lender and borrower clients on their financing arrangements. In particular, he covers both investment and development real estate finance across sectors including retail, hospitality, residential, office, light industrial, healthcare and student accommodation. Richard is also experienced in acquisition and structured finance matters, Sharia compliant finance, debt acquisitions, intercreditor issues and project and infrastructure finance, including PFI refinancing. Richard is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 (2022 edition) and as a Recognised Practitioner in Chambers (2020 edition).
