His expertise covers the full range of corporate and commercial law, including mergers & acquisitions, JVs, private equity (for both PE houses and management teams), shareholder advice and MBOs/MBIs (Management Buyouts). He has acted for a variety of clients from listed public limited companies to small and medium-sized enterprises, and partnerships.
