Nina is responsible for our legal services regarding Corporate Finance & Capital Markets and also works with Corporate Commercial. Nina has assisted many of our clients through IPOs on Spotlight Stock Market, Nasdaq First North Growth Market and Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market. Once the companies have been listed, she helps with all questions that may arise for listed companies, such as day-to-day queries in relation to board work, information disclosure, MAR, general meetings, incentive programs, but also with capital raises and public M&A.
