Hannes Mellberg is responsible for the firm’s advice regarding M&A. Hannes regularly advise clients in both Swedish and international transactions regarding e.g. acquisitions, investments, divestments, mergers and joint ventures and advise clients in connection with capital raisings and IPOs. Hannes also frequently assists both listed and private companies in company law and strategic matters as well as in connection with shareholders meetings and incentive programs.
