Filip Funk heads Fredersen’s dispute resolution practice. Filip is specialized in commercial dispute resolution and has a broad experience of representing Swedish and international clients in both Swedish civil proceedings as well as domestic and international arbitration. He has experience within several industry sectors and legal areas, including, among other things, disputes relating to M&A, shareholders’ and cooperation agreements, construction, personal liability for board members as well as for professional advisors. With experience from working as an in-house legal counsel, Filip also provides strategic advice to clients in several business law areas as well as drafts and negotiates general commercial contracts.
