Vincent Vietti Bio

Managing Partner of the firm’s Princeton Office and Co-Chair of its Public Companies Practice, Vince is an experienced corporate attorney who often serves as outside general counsel to small- and mid-sized public and private companies. He advises clients on a variety of transactional and corporate finance matters, helping them structure mergers and acquisitions, secure private equity and venture capital, and draft commercial contracts. Vince’s experience extends to corporate governance matters, corporate control transactions, pooled investment vehicles and federal and state securities laws. Prior to law school, Vince gained hands-on securities experience as a registered sales representative with an investment bank based on Wall Street.
