Michael Meehan Bio

Michael is a business law attorney who represents emerging and middle market companies in a variety of corporate and real estate matters, including lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, entity formation and accompanying agreements, employment agreements, corporate governance and general compliance issues. As a member of the firm’s Health Law Practice, Michael handles a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters for health care professionals, with an emphasis on the dental industry. Michael also has extensive experience in the area of financial services, with a focus on policy formation and compliance issues stemming from The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and relevant Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Michael was an associate in the financial services practice of an international law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While in law school, Michael served as special projects editor of The Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and was a teaching assistant to the Dean of Legal Writing. Michael also played football at Princeton University and was a member of the 2006 Ivy League Championship Team in his senior season.
