Combining his prior experience as a systems analyst and software developer with 15 years of legal practice, Harsha Krishnan offers clients a thorough understanding of telecommunications and new technology law and provides strategic guidance in their corporate matters. His clients include both startups and established companies from a range of industries, including medical device manufacturers, telecommunications and telephone companies, competitive access providers, long distance resellers, microwave and satellite licensees, information service providers, software developers and other high technology firms. Harsha represents clients in federal and state regulatory proceedings as well as in litigation before regulatory agencies and federal and state courts. He also represents emerging companies in connection with private debt and equity financing, including preparing private placement memoranda and blue sky filings, as well as in merger and acquisition transactions and intellectual property matters, including the coordination of international trademark registrations for a variety of U.S. clients. Additionally, Harsha represents developers, builders and property owners in connection with real estate acquisition transactions and real estate development projects and with obtaining the necessary debt and equity financing (e.g., private placements to accredited investors) for such transactions and projects. Such acquisition transactions and development projects include commercial properties and multifamily residential properties such as student housing, senior living centers and apartment complexes.
