A strategic business lawyer, Felix represents corporate and private equity clients in major transactions, commercial agreements, general counseling, and securities matters. Felix advises clients in a range of industries and regulatory environments, including federal government contracting, consumer and industrial products, telecommunications, financial services, cybersecurity, health care, biotech and energy. In conjunction with the Federal Government Contracts Group, he advises public and private companies, investors and shareholders on the sale and acquisition of government contractors, guiding clients through the network of complex regulatory compliance rules and regulations. Known for his responsiveness, Felix invests the time to understand his clients' businesses and prioritizes their long-term business goals when negotiating and closing deals. He advises clients in a range of industries and regulatory environments, including government contracting, consumer and industrial products, telecommunications, financial services, cybersecurity, health care, biotech and energy. In his cannabis law practice, Felix advises dispensary owners, cultivators, processors, investors and product developers nationwide on matters involving equity financings, transactions and corporate governance. Felix joined us from a mid-Atlantic law firm. He previously practiced at international and national law firms. Before starting his legal career Felix worked in finance and corporate development. He held positions with Fortune 50 companies and shaped economic policy as a financial analyst for the U.S. Department of State. Felix was a Deputy Judge Advocate for the United States Navy League from 2012 to 2014.
