Emanuel Clark is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and advises companies throughout the Carolinas and nationally on matters of corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and private offerings of securities. His experience spans an array of complex commercial and transactional matters, including business sales and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Manny also has diverse experience in term loan and mezzanine financings, both on the borrower's and lender's side, connected with mergers, acquisitions and refinancing transactions. For clients in the health care sector, Manny has advised on corporate transactions that are designed to improve patient care by working more closely with innovative companies. He has assisted large health care providers in negotiating terms and fostering relationships with outside, independent startups that enable the providers to deliver cutting-edge care.
