Robert Adel Bio

Robert E. Adel is a commercial litigator with three decades of experience in a broad array of business disputes. Rob handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving mergers & acquisitions, the ownership and control of businesses, breaches of contract, fiduciary duties, and real estate purchase and sale transactions. Most of Rob’s clients are middle market businesses with $10-100 million in revenue in a variety of industries, including both privately held and publicly traded companies. Rob received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall) and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, summa cum laude. He is a member of the State Bar of California, Orange County Bar Association, Mandatory Fee Arbitration Committee of the Orange County Bar, Orange County Transactional Network, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
