F. Larkin Fore is a senior partner who practices civil litigation and business matters. Mr. Fore has successfully represented clients in matters involving a wide variety of legal issues, including business negotiations, business litigation, contract disputes, employment contracts and covenants not to compete, tax assessments, commercial transactions, acquisitions, estate planning and liquor licensing and alcoholic beverage regulations. Mr. Fore also has substantial trial and courtroom experience having conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts in various legal matters, including truck accident defense, personal injury, employment-related matters, breach of contract and a host of business-related disputes. Mr. Fore has also participated in oral arguments on appellate matters, both before the Kentucky and Indiana appellate courts and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also experienced in handling matters before administrative agencies, such as the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, the Kentucky Division of Unemployment, the Kentucky Department of Revenue, and the Internal Revenue Service.
