Chris Worrell Bio

Chris Worrell leads the firm’s Business Group and Corporate practice and is a member of the firm’s Management Board. He focuses on the development of the Group’s working relationships with large UK and international corporates and investment portfolios. He specialises in working with large corporates and investment portfolios, General Counsel and law firms to design bespoke Business Transaction services to support multijurisdictional M&A and group restructurings, strategic growth/buy & build/divestment programmes and joint ventures.
